Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your appointment without charge 24 hours before your appointment. Same Day Cancellations  will be charged 20% of your service either over the phone or it will be added to the bill of your next appointment. No Shows will be charged 50% of your service if you do not call to cancel your appointment and do not show up. You will be billed with credit card on file or through a invoice sent to your email. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. If there is not enough time to do the treatment you will still be charged 20% of the full priced service.
