What to avoid the before and after sugaring/waxing?

-No sugaring/waxing if you are on Rentin-A or have been in the last 6 months

-Avoid sun exposer and exfoliates on the area that is going to be waxed/sugared before and after

-Avoid excessive sweating and rubbing 24 hours after waxing/sugaring…and yes this includes sex

What is sugaring?

Sugaring is an all-natural accent hair removal technique where the sugar (made from sugar, water and lemon) is spread against the hair growth and removed in the direction of the hair growth. This makes it less traumatizing to the hair follicle and therefore less likely to cause ingrown hairs. Sugar’s natural ingredients and very low temperature makes it less irritating to the skin.

How long dose the hair need to be?

We recommend your hair be at least 1/8-1/4 of an inch for optimal hair removal. For most people this is usually around 2 weeks of growth.

How long will sugaring/ waxing last?

For most people the hair will be long enough to get sugared or waxed again at around 4 weeks. However as you stay on a sugaring/waxing schedule the hair can take longer to grow back and will also grow in much finer and softer. Because of this the first three appointments are the most important. You want to make them about 3 to 4 weeks apart to get the best results.

What is the difference between bikini, extended bikini and Brazilian?

Bikini: All hair is removed from inner thigh to underwear or bikini line.

Extended Bikini: Similar to a bikini but more hair is taking off on the sides and the top. This is customize-able.

Brazilian: takes all the hair from off the front all the way around the back. Feel free to leave a small strip or triangle if you want.

It’s that time of the month…Can I still get sugared/waxed?

Yes. I am a woman too, so I totally understand you can’t put your life on hold for your monthly friend. if you are on your period I just ask that you put a tampon in.
