Please read over the new COVID-19 guidelines prior to your appointment.  There are some new state law requirements not only for you, but for me as well, to ensure everyone has a safe visit here. 

Upon arrival, please wait in your car until I contact you to come in.  

Please arrive solo. I cannot have other guests or children accompany you.

Please wear your mask upon arrival. If you do not have a mask, let me know, and I will happily provide you with one for $1. The mask will be taken off during facial services only.

Once I have let you in to our entrance, you will wash or sanitize your hands. 

I will be taking your temperature upon arrival. If you have a temperature of 100.4 degrees F or above, you will be sent home, and I will happily reschedule with you (no charge). PLEASE, if you are feeling ill with symptoms of any kind, please stay home! 

You can cancel your appointment without charge 24 hours before your appointment. Same Day Cancellations  will be charged 25% of your service either over the phone or it will be added to the bill of your next appointment. No Shows will be charged 50% of your service if you do not call to cancel your appointment and do not show up. You will be billed either over the phone or when booking your next appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. If there is not enough time to do the treatment you will still be charged 25% of the full priced service.
